Available balance

You can access your available balance at any time by accessing the “My Wallet” section of your account via the app or on the web. Here you can see available funds, top up funds, withdraw funds, and view a transaction history for top-ups and transfers.

Please note that sale proceeds are usually credited immediately, but depending on the counterparty, settlement may take up to 30 days; only settled funds are available to withdraw.
