Cancelling an order

On CultX you can place an order on wines you wish to purchase and/or sell. Prior to your order matching you can cancel at any time. When your order matches, a trade will be executed, and this can NOT be cancelled. Please note, if you choose to "Buy Now" you will be unable to cancel this.

If you have been unable to cancel your bid and the trade has been executed the wine will show in your portfolio. If you do not wish to keep your purchase, you will need list it for sale where you will able to determine the sale price and consider any offers received.
