CultX External Portfolio Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Populate your external portfolio with wine and secure a chance to win in our monthly £500 prize draw

1. Users can add a collection of their external wine to their CultX portfolio to enter the competition from 00:01am on November 25, 2023 until 11:59pm on March 31, 2024 (the “Competition Period”). The first draw will commence on November 25, 2023 and finish December 31, 2023. After this draw, there will be 1 draw for each calendar month, beginning on the 1st of the month and ending on the last day of the month. Period of each month will differ depending on days in the month, ie 28, 29, 30 or 31 days. 
2. During the Draw Period, users will have the opportunity to add external wines to their portfolio. Users require a minimum of 10 wines for 1 entry per month. There is no limit to of entries per user per month. 
3. Wines cannot be removed and re-entered on the account to obtain entries for a different month. 
4. The prize is a £500 CultX credit to use within the CultX app, there is a £500 CultX credit available to win each calendar month until the end of the competition period. 
5. Only valid email addresses will be accepted as entries, no duplicates or multiple email generation uses allowed. 
6. Users will have to of registered for a CultX account to use the CultX platform and have accept the CultX platform terms and conditions and privacy notice. 
7. All legal entrants must be aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom or be above the legal drinking age in their country. 
8. CultX reserves the right to remove any User from the competition period, to refuse access to the CultX platform in its absolute discretion.   
9. There is no purchase requirement or charge to enter the prize draw. 
10. Maximum of 1 win per person per prize type during the overall promotion period. 
11. Employees of Cult Wines Ltd and associates are not allowed to enter the prize draw. 
12. CultX reserves the right to adjust, withdraw or cancel the promotion, and to amend or revise any of these terms in relation to the promotion from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever. 
13. In case of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these terms or any communications, the decision of Cult Wines Ltd is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever. 
14. Each draw will occur during the first week of the following calendar month to determine the winners. 
15. Winners will be selected using a random process among all eligible entries received.  
16. Prize winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition draw. Any invalid email address will be discarded. 
17. The winner must contact Cult Wines within the first 7 days of being notified to confirm the draw. If no contact is made, then the prize will be drawn again and so on. 
18. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. CultX reserves the right to substitute prizes at any time. 
19. Prizes are awarded at CultX’s discretion, and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. 
20. CultX will use the contact details you provide to communicate with you about the prize draw. 
21. The prize will be credited to the winners CultX account within 1 month of successful contact with the winner.
