Delivery of Wine

At any point, you may request to take delivery of any case within your portfolio. However, we cannot facilitate the delivery of individual bottles within a case. 

If you wish to proceed, you can do so by:

  1. Accessing your portfolio
  2. Select CultX portfolio
  3. At the top right of your wine portfolio you will see a truck Icon
  4. Click the icon
  5. Select the wines you wish to be delivered
  6. Select Request Transfer
  7. A box will appear to allow you to verify the list of wines to be delivered as well as the delivery address
  8. If all is in order please click Request Transfer
  9. A member of our team will contact you to confirm the request and advise the amount of taxes, duty and fees applicable to your request
  10. Upon acceptance and payment of these fees, we will commence the delivery process

Please note the following:

  • At any point during this process you can close the pop-up screens and no action will be taken
  • From the point of purchase the wine is yours.  However, as we deal directly with producers and traders, it can take weeks/months for the wine to be available for delivery
