You have full ownership of your wine.
You own the wine you buy through CultX as soon as your bid/offer is accepted and the buy order is executed. It will show in the portfolio section of the app and the wine will be kept in bonded warehouse storage.Wine will remain in bond until such a point that you opt to liquidate your portfolio or take delivery of it - subject to relevant taxes, duty and delivery fees.
