How can I close my account?

We appreciate that at times you may wish to review your investments and make the best decisions to suit your personal circumstances. Wine investing is best viewed over a longer term than other more traditional investment vehicles.
CultX would be sorry to see you go, but will do everything we can to make it as hassle-free as possible.
Should you wish to temporarily leave us, your account can lie dormant until such a point where you return to us * subject to regulatory guidelines relating to timeframes.
Should you wish to permanently close out your account, we recommend that you list all wines in your portfolio for sale, and once these are finalised request to withdraw funds - upon receipt of your funds, please contact our support team to permanently close your account, by:-
  1. Emailing support@cultx.com
  2. By accessing Help & Support in the menu section of the app
  3. Or, clicking Help on the bottom right of the web browser
