How to transfer your wines to CultX
- Let us know you're ready: Inform us about your intention to transfer your wines. You will need to provide proof of bonded storage and a list of your wines, including their purchase price, sending these details to support@cultx.com.
- We get ready for your wines: Our Operations team will pre-advise our warehouse (LCB Melksham) to receive your wines.
- Official transfer request: You will need to send a formal written request for the transfer to your current warehouse, we will provide a template.
- Safe travels for your wines: Your current warehouse will take care of the bonded transfer to our warehouse.
- Inspection upon arrival: As soon as your wines reach us, our warehouse team will inspect all cases.
- Completing the transfer: Once everything checks out, we will officially register your stock in our system.
- Get started with CultX: Now that your wines are with us, they will be visible on your account and you can start trading on CultX.
