Storage fees

All wines purchased through the CultX platform receive complimentary storage for the first 6-months. 

Our storage at Coterie Vaults optimises the environment for storing fine wines, both in terms of temperature and humidity a well as security, while utilising state of the art technology for monitoring and inventory management. Storage is charged at highly competitive rates and comprehensive insurance at replacement value is included as standard.

What are the storage & insurance charges?

£1 per bottle per annum ex-VAT (01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026)

What is the insurance coverage?

Our warehousing policy covers theft, fire, flood and accidental damage. The claim value will be based on full replacement cost.

When will I be charged?

Charges are posted monthly to your CultX account.

How are the charges calculated?

Each case is charged based on the number of 75cl bottles (or equivalent) contained within each case. For example a 12x75cl case will be charged at £12 per annum or £1 per month, plus VAT. A 1x450cl will be charged at £6 per annum or £0.50 per month, plus VAT
